I think this is an error for the excel, Enforcer Light Carapace is 5 All. Not just body, arms, legs.

When I equip a set of Enforcer Light Carapace(All 5ap per RT book), I get AP of 0/5/5/5. If I modify the armor so that it is defined as:
Enforcer Light Carapace Carapace 5 1 1 1 1 15 575 Rare DH-CR
I still get ap 0/5/5/5. But if I also equip a helm I can get around it. But are helmets always seperate from breast plates for carapace? Because power armor seems to be working. Power armor of 8ap is 8/8/8/8.
